A marbled mix of richly colored contrasting clay bodies comprise the base of this charming vessel. The orb-shaped vessel is left unglazed as the gorgeous pattern of the marbled clay is enhanced by it’s apmospheric firing. The beautiful patina copper bird is mostly bronzy but little coppery green color emerges throughout the bird which is gently perched on the rim, adding a contrast of finish.
