Product Description
All items are handmade and may vary slightly in color, size, and shape. Each piece is unique. Please refer to the product description and measurements, and please reach out to us prior to purchasing if you have any questions about a listed item.
Pricing
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars/currency) and are subject to change. Prices do not include shipping or taxes.
Order Process
Orders are confirmed via email once payment is received. Please use the contact page to reach out to us if you have any questions or want a made-to-order piece.
Payment
We accept payment in the forms indicated on the payment page of the websiteThis includes most major credit cards and Apple Pay among others. Payment must be completed before your order will be processed and shipped.
Shipping
We ship only to the continental United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In-stock items will be shipped within 10 business days, unless noted otherwise, and you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Return Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our work, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos of the packaging and the item. Refunds or replacements of damaged goods will be assessed by us and addressed on a case-by-case basis.

All product designs and content on this site are the intellectual property of Broadway Ceramic Design and may not be used without permission from Broadway Ceramic Design.
